One Response to DREAM Act Students Testimony – UCLA

  1. raphael says:

I always known that I was undocumented, from the first day of class to my high school graduation. I worked in construction during the my summer vacations in Arizona in Stucco, and sometimes in Landscaping.I worked to help out in my home. My parents can not afford to clothe me, provide money for my leisure time and all those luxuries. Today I am a senior at ASU pursuing a Mechanical BSE Engineering degree. A week ago I started school, and stopped working. It humors me when my construction employers asked me when is your vacation time, so you can come help us out. I will graduate this May, get this straight I will graduate this May, nothing will stop me. Its time to decide does America want another low skill construction worker or a highly talented educated Engineer?
